We accept payments from all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and PayPal. Please ensure that all payments are settled before your scheduled arrival date.

  • Check-in begins after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Housekeeping will arrive shortly thereafter.
  • All guests are required to check in at the office at their earliest convenience and provide vehicle information, if applicable.

All forms of smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including balconies, lanais, and patios. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

One complimentary reserved parking space is included for the duration of your stay.

Please note that the privately owned condo is maintained by an external cleaning company during regular business hours. Your reservation includes cleaning before and after check-out only. Daily cleaning is not included in the standard rate, but you can request it for an extra fee.

  • We provides beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, bodyboards, and snorkeling gear. 
  • Please be aware that beach and water activities involve inherent risks. Use all equipment responsibly and at your own risk.
     

All guests are required to check in at the front desk and provide vehicle information, if applicable, regardless of whether they have a vehicle. If you arrive after office hours, please check in with the front desk the following day at the earliest.

Yes, there is a resort fee, but it is covered by the owner and not passed on to guests. Guests can enjoy the pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts without any additional resort charges.
